CHORION

• The  extraembryonic mesoderm and trophoblast become chorion.
• encloses the entire embryo and will extend into uterus wall.
• function:
• provide anchorage and increase the surface area for transfer of nutrient,oxygen and excretory products between embryo and the maternal.
• produce hCG hormone.

AMNION

·        Surronds the entire embryo
·         Contain amniotic cavity, filled with amniotic fluid.
·         Amnion will break before birth.
     Function:
·         Inner protection membrane
·         As a protective cushions that absorbs shocks

YOLK SAC

·         Develop from hypoblast

·         In human,yolk does not contain any yolk.

Function:

·         Start the production of blood cell and germ cell.

ALLANTOIS

·         The outgrowth of the developing digestive tract.

·         Extend from yolk sac.

Function:

·         Involve in early formation of blood vassel.

·         Associate with the development of urinary bladder.
